Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (RN, MedSurg) – Summary- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform critical nursing interventions as required
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning to support ongoing health and recovery
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients in the medical-surgical unit
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans
- Provide patient and family education regarding condition management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
