Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (RN – MedSurg) Summary- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Medical Surgical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to complex patient needs
- Support patient education and family involvement in care processes
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for MedSurg patients
- Monitor patient progress and document all care activities accurately
