As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to coordinate all phases of the recruitment process. This includes scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate phone screens, managing communications, and supporting background and reference checks. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts will help streamline recruitment efforts and support the company’s continued growth. You will also be involved in building talent pipelines, especially through college and university partnerships, and help organize recruiting events and job fairs. Recruiting Coordinator - Summary- Serve as a vital member of the HR team, coordinating a full range of recruitment activities.
- Ensure an organized and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support talent acquisition efforts for a rapidly growing company specializing in energy solutions and system integration.
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your skills are valued and developed.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition Specialists, supporting candidates from initial application through offer acceptance.
- Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate fit and move qualified individuals forward in the selection process.
- Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring teams using the Applicant Tracking System (Phenom), ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee employment verifications, reference checks, and background screenings in collaboration with a third-party screening partner.
- Facilitate the Employee Referral Program and internal mobility initiatives to encourage talent growth within the organization.
- Source candidates utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to establish early-career talent pipelines.
- Organize and represent Stark Tech at job fairs and recruiting events, handling logistics and on-site activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within recruitment practices and support special talent acquisition projects as needed.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- One to two years of experience supporting recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, job fairs, and candidate communications.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with basic reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices and applicable federal, state, and local hiring laws.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep track of various tasks without missing key steps.
- Excellent communicator who can interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
- Demonstrates adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to solving challenges in recruitment workflows.
