- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process client accounts, and manage filing of essential documents.
- Support daily office operations, collaborating with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred, though not required.
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license, as required for certain responsibilities within the agency.
- Excellent phone handling skills with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating customer engagement as needed.
- Strong desire to assist customers and provide solutions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and an aptitude for advocating for clients when necessary.
