Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service standards to all clients, responding efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring a courteous and professional interaction with every caller.
- Provide accurate information about the agency’s products and services, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure each issue is satisfactorily resolved.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, process account information, and manage documentation with attention to detail.
- Support office operations by collaborating with team members and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license (training and support provided).
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills, with comfort in making outbound calls when necessary.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others, with the ability to advocate for clients as needed.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software.
