Duties & Responsibilities

- Operate reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts to safely unload, transport, and properly store materials within the warehouse.

- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management computer systems to process received inventory and maintain up-to-date warehouse records.
- Accurately enter and manage inventory data using Microsoft Office applications and other warehouse management software.
- Understand and work with various units of measure, including cases, reaches, dozens, cartons, and pallets, to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area by following established company safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and production teams to facilitate timely and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience working in a receiving department within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts.
- Strong understanding of receiving procedures, inventory control, and cycle counting practices.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management computer systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is preferred.
- Excellent math skills for accurate calculation of quantities and verification of inventory.
- Knowledge of and ability to work with units of measure (UOM) such as cases, reaches, dozens, cartons, and pallets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
