- Design, implement, and enhance automated testing frameworks for API, UI, integration, and end-to-end test coverage, increasing efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Release Management teams to strengthen CI/CD quality gates, streamline release readiness, and improve defect management processes.
- Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics such as automation reliability, defect trends, regression effectiveness, and release health to inform data-driven decisions.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing while maintaining a hands-on, player-coach leadership style.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in QA, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation with strong automation and technical expertise.
- At least 2 years of proven leadership experience managing large-scale QA teams (15+ members preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern test strategies, including API, UI, integration, and end-to-end automation frameworks.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and contemporary software delivery models.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or Azure OpenAI, and experience coaching teams on AI utilization in testing.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
