Quality Engineer (QE) - Summary- Play an integral role in a large-scale measurement system improvement initiative within a regulated manufacturing setting.
- Ensure the highest levels of product quality and measurement accuracy in the medical device industry.
- Work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support a major Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) initiative as part of a comprehensive quality integration project.
- Conduct dimensional inspections and first article inspections to validate products against engineering specifications.
- Perform detailed measurement system analyses, utilizing precision measurement tools and statistical software such as Minitab or Excel.
- Interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements to ensure accurate inspection processes.
- Collaborate with the quality team to independently execute assigned Gage R&R activities, supporting the continuous improvement of measurement systems.
- Document findings and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for quality assurance.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company quality standards in product testing and reporting.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Inspection, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Gage R&R studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Proficiency in conducting first article inspections and dimensional inspections using precision measurement tools.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, with experience using software such as Minitab, Excel, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for ensuring accuracy and compliance in quality processes.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and share insights for improvement.
