Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive usability testing on a range of digital platforms, focusing on both mobile and web-based applications.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges using structured reporting tools.
- Communicate findings effectively with development teams to support timely resolution of issues and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Verify that all features and functionalities are consistent across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
- Create and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing your findings, along with actionable recommendations for enhancing product quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, as well as a strong understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user experience evaluation, or similar roles is preferred, though not required for all candidates.
