Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web applications to ensure smooth functionality and a consistent user experience.
- Accurately document bugs, glitches, and pain points encountered during testing, providing clear and concise information for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, share feedback, and contribute to the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all software features perform correctly across a range of devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility for users.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, issue trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to follow structured instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and a solid understanding of app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
