- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate findings and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital products.
- Verify software feature performance and compatibility across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing findings and actionable recommendations for product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to follow structured testing procedures and instructions.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and a good understanding of app ecosystems and web interfaces.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing.
