Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms, ensuring all software features operate as intended across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Systematically identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing clear and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, track issue resolution, and suggest enhancements that improve the overall user experience.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that summarize testing outcomes, highlight key recommendations, and provide insights for future development cycles.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, as well as an understanding of various app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or related fields is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device equipped for remote testing tasks.
