Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive usability testing for new and existing features on our digital platforms, including both web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear and detailed descriptions to facilitate effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to communicate technical issues and provide actionable feedback based on testing outcomes.
- Verify functionality and consistent user experience across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring accessibility and compatibility for a broad user base.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, highlight critical issues, and recommend potential improvements for platform optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail, enabling the identification of even minor discrepancies and usability problems during testing.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols precisely, ensuring consistent and reliable test results.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration platforms and digital communication tools to facilitate teamwork and reporting in a distributed environment.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of QA processes and best practices.
- Reliable internet access and availability of a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing digital platforms.
