Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing for mobile and web platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and any issues affecting user experience, providing clear and actionable feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to communicate testing results, highlight areas for improvement, and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that software features and user interfaces perform consistently across a variety of devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, test outcomes, and recommendations for enhancements or fixes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and established protocols for software quality assurance testing.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and digital environments, ensuring effective communication and workflow in a distributed team setting.
- Basic understanding of app ecosystems, including major mobile and web platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection as well as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to perform testing tasks.
