- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to effectively communicate identified issues and user feedback, supporting rapid resolution and product enhancement.
- Verify that application features and functionalities perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to maintain universal accessibility and usability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and the overall quality status of the digital products tested.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols precisely.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, software testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing activities.
