- Work closely with software developers and other QA professionals to communicate findings and feedback, facilitating effective resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that platform features maintain consistent performance across a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, contributing to broad accessibility and usability.
- Regularly submit thorough reports summarizing test results, issues discovered, and actionable recommendations for improvement, either daily or weekly as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience using remote work tools and familiarity with mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be valuable in this role.
- Reliable internet connection, along with access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for thorough testing activities.
