Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality testing scenarios for both mobile and web applications, ensuring all features operate as intended across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues using clear and structured feedback methods.
- Collaborate closely with software development and product teams to communicate identified issues and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test results, key findings, and suggested enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of remote working tools and quality assurance best practices to maximize testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following structured testing instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and basic understanding of app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable internet connection and regular access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for application testing.
