Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web applications to ensure consistent performance and user satisfaction.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear and concise language, providing detailed descriptions for each finding.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate identified issues, suggest improvements, and help prioritize fixes.
- Verify that software features and functions work seamlessly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing testing activities, findings, and recommendations for product enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured testing instructions and accurately report results.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a closely related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to conduct testing activities efficiently.
