Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability tests across mobile and web software platforms to assess performance, user experience, and functionality.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and areas for user experience improvement with clear and concise communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development and product teams to relay feedback and findings, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Verify that software features and functionalities are compatible and perform consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, either daily or weekly, summarizing test results, defects identified, and actionable recommendations for product enhancement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to following structured testing procedures and guidelines.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and basic understanding of app ecosystems, including mobile and web-based platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, or user testing roles is preferred and highly valued.
- Reliable access to high-speed internet and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for comprehensive software testing.
