- Verify that all software features perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring optimal accessibility and reliability for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, either on a daily or weekly basis, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to meticulously follow established testing protocols and procedures.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms.
- Familiarity with the app ecosystem, including both mobile and web platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a similar field is preferred.
