User Experience Tester (UX Tester) Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated User Experience Tester (UX Tester) to join our remote quality assurance team. As a User Experience Tester (UX Tester), you will play an essential role in evaluating the usability of our digital platforms and providing actionable feedback to enhance app and website functionality. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web-based platforms, focusing on the end-user experience and ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas where users may encounter difficulties, ensuring all findings are presented clearly and concisely for development teams to address.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional development teams to communicate issues, user pain points, and feedback, helping to prioritize enhancements and fixes.
- Verify that all software features function properly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing usability findings, recommended improvements, and ongoing testing outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical mindset and a commitment to quality assurance processes.
- Ability to follow structured testing instructions and adapt to changing requirements as projects evolve.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, as well as experience navigating app ecosystems and web platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
