Your expertise in identifying, documenting, and communicating issues will directly contribute to ongoing improvements in our digital offerings, ensuring a seamless experience for users across the country.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability and functionality testing on both mobile and web platforms to assess software performance and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear and comprehensive notes for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to communicate findings and support resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all software features operate correctly across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to maintain consistency and accessibility for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, progress, and actionable recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols precisely.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, as well as familiarity with a variety of digital app ecosystems and platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Consistent access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary hardware, such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, to conduct testing efficiently.
