Responsibilities- Perform thorough usability testing scenarios for mobile and web platforms to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Carefully document any bugs, glitches, or user experience challenges discovered during testing, providing clear and actionable reports.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate test results, user feedback, and suggestions for enhancing platform functionality.
- Verify that all software features perform optimally across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent user experiences.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and proficiency navigating various app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment, such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
