- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to communicate findings and facilitate effective solutions.
- Verify software features function correctly across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, contributing to a consistent and accessible user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on usability testing outcomes, offering recommendations to enhance product quality and performance.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a methodical approach to executing structured testing scenarios.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with both desktop and mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to maintain consistent communication and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports as required by the team.
- Reliable access to the internet and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting software testing activities.
