Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms to ensure user-friendliness and functionality.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and areas where users may encounter difficulties, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate proactively with software developers and product managers to communicate usability concerns and recommend enhancements.
- Verify that all features and functionalities work seamlessly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, highlight trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured testing instructions and procedures meticulously.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and possessing a strong understanding of mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a closely related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
