Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst Job OverviewWe are actively seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team on a remote, full-time basis. This role is essential for ensuring that our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and websites, provide seamless, high-quality experiences for users. As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating user experience, testing functionality, and offering valuable feedback to help enhance our software products.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough usability and functionality testing for mobile applications and web platforms to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and usability issues clearly and systematically, providing detailed reports that outline steps to reproduce and potential impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams by communicating test results, concerns, and suggestions for improvement throughout the development cycle.
- Verify software compatibility across different devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure optimal performance for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on testing outcomes, including findings, recommendations, and progress updates, on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols and instructions accurately.
- Familiarity and comfort with remote collaboration tools and experience navigating various app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to required hardware, such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, suitable for comprehensive software testing.
