As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the user experience and functionality of our digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring features function correctly and efficiently.
- Document any bugs, glitches, or user experience pain points in a clear, organized manner to assist in timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to effectively communicate findings and contribute feedback.
- Verify software performance across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to guarantee a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports detailing test results, observed issues, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and protocols.
- Experience or familiarity with remote working tools and digital ecosystems, including web and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device necessary for remote participation.
