Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web-based applications to identify areas for enhancement.
- Systematically document software bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges, ensuring detailed and clear reporting for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and other team members to effectively communicate feedback and issues encountered during testing.
- Assist in refining and optimizing quality assurance testing processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations for platform improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to follow structured testing protocols and guidelines.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and an understanding of app development processes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred but not strictly required.
- Reliable internet connection and regular access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing and reporting tasks.
