- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clarity and thoroughness to facilitate effective troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with development teams by communicating findings, sharing feedback, and participating in discussions to resolve identified issues promptly.
- Verify the functionality of software features across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to guarantee consistent performance and accessibility.
- Compile detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, user feedback, and actionable recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following structured testing protocols.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical field is preferred and will be advantageous for this role.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
