- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing essential feedback and communicating issues promptly to support continuous improvement.
- Verify that software features operate seamlessly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports outlining findings, recommendations, and progress on testing scenarios.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions and document findings meticulously.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to perform testing activities efficiently.
