- Collaborate closely with software development and product teams, communicating findings, supporting troubleshooting, and offering suggestions to enhance platform stability and performance.
- Verify that all software features perform consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience for all end-users.
- Generate comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, identified issues, and recommendations for improvement, supporting continuous product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Demonstrated comfort and proficiency with remote work tools and communication platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems, user testing, or related quality assurance environments is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a variety of devices, including desktop, laptop, or mobile devices, to facilitate comprehensive testing.
