Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functional testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms, ensuring all features perform as expected on a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Thoroughly document any identified bugs, glitches, or user experience obstacles with detailed descriptions and supporting evidence to facilitate swift resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to communicate findings, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to product improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, summarizing testing results, trends, and recommendations to drive ongoing enhancements of our digital solutions.
- Follow structured testing instructions and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout all phases of the quality assurance process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to executing test cases and reporting findings.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and a general familiarity with app ecosystems, including both iOS and Android environments as well as multiple web browsers.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for conducting thorough QA testing.
