- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to communicate critical feedback and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that software features perform reliably across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, adhering to quality and compatibility standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, summarizing test results, findings, and actionable recommendations to improve product quality and user satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to follow structured guidelines and testing protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools, including communication and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and digital platforms, including a basic understanding of software functionality and usability principles.
