Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on evaluating user experience and testing the functionality of digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while having a meaningful impact on the digital products used by a wide audience. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing for mobile and web platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Identify, document, and report any bugs, glitches, or user experience issues with clear and precise descriptions.
- Collaborate with software development and product teams to effectively communicate findings and provide actionable feedback.
- Verify that software features perform correctly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, either daily or weekly, summarizing test results, issues encountered, and recommendations for improvements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols accurately.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and general knowledge of mobile application ecosystems and web platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and valued.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible desktop, laptop, or mobile device is required.
