Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to assess user experience and application functionality.
- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing clear and concise reports for development teams.
- Communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders to relay issues, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
- Test software features across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent performance and compatibility.
