Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing on a variety of mobile and web platforms, ensuring that each feature operates as intended for end users.
- Carefully document any bugs, glitches, or areas for improvement, providing clear and actionable descriptions to assist the development process.
- Work collaboratively with developers and other QA team members to communicate issues, provide feedback, and contribute to solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
- Verify software compatibility across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience in all environments.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that summarize testing findings, highlight trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to following structured instructions and established testing protocols.
- Experience using remote working tools for communication and collaboration, as well as familiarity with various app ecosystems on both mobile and web platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or related fields is preferred and will support your success in this role.
- Reliable internet connection, along with access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for conducting comprehensive tests.
