- Meticulously document and report bugs, glitches, and areas of friction in user experience, providing clear and organized feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA team members to communicate findings and offer actionable recommendations for resolving identified issues.
- Validate that the shopping experience remains consistent and effective across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring accessibility and usability for all users.
- Compile and submit thorough daily or weekly reports that summarize testing outcomes, observations, and improvement suggestions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to evaluating online experiences.
- Ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols with precision.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms commonly used in distributed teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes, online retail workflows, and standard shopping platform features.
