Responsibilities- Execute thorough usability and functionality testing scenarios for both mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring software consistency and reliability.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner, providing detailed descriptions to aid in troubleshooting and resolution.
- Communicate effectively with development teams to relay findings, offer critical feedback, and collaborate on solutions to identified issues.
- Verify that all features and functionalities work seamlessly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining high standards for cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, defects found, and recommendations for improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and technologies, enabling effective participation in a distributed team environment.
- Experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and at least one device, such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, suitable for testing digital products.
