Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing on a variety of mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal user experience and performance.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear, organized, and thorough manner to facilitate effective troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate findings, offer constructive feedback, and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify software compatibility and performance across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent functionality for all users.
- Generate and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, issues discovered, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and familiarity with various app ecosystems, including both iOS and Android platforms, as well as desktop web environments.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related discipline is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to at least one desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running current software versions for testing purposes.
