UX Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a UX Tester. This full-time position is available for remote candidates and focuses on evaluating the user experience and functionality of web and mobile applications. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms to assess functionality, navigation, and overall user satisfaction.
- Methodically document issues, including bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, using clear and concise language to support corrective action.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, sharing detailed feedback and actionable insights to facilitate improvements to digital platforms.
- Verify software compatibility and performance across a diverse range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure broad accessibility and consistent functionality.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis, providing valuable input for ongoing product development cycles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to follow structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Experience working with digital platforms, including familiarity with app ecosystems and remote collaboration tools.
- Background in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running relevant applications and tests.
