QA Tester OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote team. As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in evaluating user experience and testing the functionality of our digital platforms, including both web and mobile applications. Your feedback and assessments will contribute directly to the ongoing improvement and reliability of our products. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on both mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and any user experience issues with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to provide detailed feedback and communicate identified issues effectively.
- Verify that software features perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and familiarity with both mobile and desktop application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
