QA Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team on a remote, full-time basis in Charlotte, NC. As a QA Tester, you will play an essential role in evaluating digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites, to ensure seamless user experiences and optimal functionality. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios throughout the entire app development lifecycle to identify and document issues and improvement opportunities.
- Thoroughly document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points in a clear and actionable manner to assist the development team in addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, provide feedback, and ensure that user experience improvements are prioritized and implemented.
- Test apps and websites across a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility, performance, and a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test findings, recommendations, and progress, helping to drive continuous quality improvement in digital products.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols accurately.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms essential for remote teamwork.
- Familiarity with app development stages, quality assurance processes, or user testing methodologies preferred.
- Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related fields is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device required for testing and communication purposes.
