Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both web and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and areas of concern, providing clear and actionable feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and project managers to communicate issues, propose solutions, and verify fixes.
- Test software features for consistent performance across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing testing activities, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and problem-solving.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and adapt to established testing protocols.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of web and app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a similar technology-related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for conducting tests and reporting findings.
