This position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the user experience of our digital products by testing application and website functionality. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring our platforms deliver consistent performance and usability across a variety of browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for both mobile and web-based digital products to verify cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Carefully document any software bugs, glitches, or usability concerns, providing clear and thorough information for development teams.
- Communicate findings and feedback effectively with developers and other team members to facilitate quick issue resolution and platform improvements.
- Ensure that all software features function as intended, regardless of the device, browser, or screen size being used by the end user.
- Compile and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, issues encountered, and actionable recommendations for future enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following structured testing procedures.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a basic understanding of both mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical role is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and at least one compatible device, such as a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device, to perform testing assignments.
