Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile applications and web platforms to identify and document any issues or inconsistencies.
- Thoroughly document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, providing clear descriptions and steps to reproduce issues encountered during testing.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional development teams to communicate findings, propose solutions, and verify that reported issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that software features and functionalities operate smoothly across a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes through detailed compatibility testing.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, findings, and actionable recommendations to support ongoing product improvement efforts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following structured instructions and test cases.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of both mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
