Job OverviewAs a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of mobile applications and web platforms. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive usability tests, identifying and documenting issues, and collaborating with development teams to enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities- Execute detailed usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms to assess functionality and user experience.
- Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with clear, structured reports, ensuring all findings are easily understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to communicate issues, recommendations, and feedback in a timely and constructive manner.
- Verify that software features perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, helping to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
- Generate and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes and providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfort using remote collaboration tools and familiarity with app ecosystems, including app stores and web platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, though not strictly required for motivated candidates willing to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running a variety of applications and browsers.
