QA Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote team on a full-time basis. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of our mobile and web applications. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms to ensure consistent functionality and a seamless user experience.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear, concise descriptions and actionable feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams by communicating issues, sharing feedback, and contributing to the resolution process.
- Validate software features and performance across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure cross-platform compatibility and reliability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, test results, and recommendations for product improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions precisely.
- Experience with remote working tools and familiarity with both desktop and mobile app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or related areas is preferred.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for cross-platform testing activities.
