Responsibilities- Conduct detailed usability testing on both mobile and web applications to evaluate performance, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear, concise, and comprehensive descriptions.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to relay feedback and communicate technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the streamlining of quality assurance processes and workflows, helping to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit regular reports—daily or weekly—summarizing findings, recommendations, and any identified trends in application performance or usability.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and practices, as well as a general understanding of app development and quality assurance operations.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user experience testing, or a related field is preferred, though not always required.
- Dependable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to effectively perform remote QA tasks.
