- Drive planning, execution, and governance of QA processes to ensure compliance and system integrity.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to validate workflows, data migration, and system releases.
- Oversee comprehensive testing across clinical, scheduling, and billing modules.
- Provide leadership for QA strategy, planning, execution, and governance of healthcare IT initiatives.
- Ensure EHR workflows, data migration, and vendor releases meet business, clinical, regulatory, and project standards.
- Coordinate closely with IT teams, vendors, and business users for system validation and data accuracy.
- Oversee testing of interfaces, data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts to ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, cases, traceability matrices, and comprehensive testing documentation.

- Minimum of 11 years’ experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles, preferably within healthcare IT.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.
- Proven ability to lead functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, and billing workflows.
- Expertise in validating data migration and conversion from legacy EHR systems.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.
- Strong leadership skills with a detail-oriented approach to QA processes.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
