UX QA Analyst Job OverviewWe are currently searching for a UX QA Analyst to join our remote quality assurance team on a full-time basis. The UX QA Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing the usability and functionality of our digital products, including mobile applications and web platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough usability testing, identifying bugs or user experience pain points, and providing actionable feedback that directly contributes to the continuous improvement of our ecommerce platforms. Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web-based applications, ensuring all user pathways are assessed for ease of use and intuitiveness.
- Document all observed issues, including bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience could be enhanced, using clear and organized reporting methods.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to communicate findings and facilitate prompt resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that new and existing software features operate correctly across a range of devices, browsers, and display settings, maintaining a consistent quality standard for all users.
- Prepare and deliver detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, recommendations for improvement, and ongoing progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following test plans and instructions.
- Competence in using remote work tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with various app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a closely related discipline is preferred, providing a strong foundation for success in this role.
- Reliable access to a high-speed internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for comprehensive testing activities.
